HAVE NO FEAR, SOYBEAN OIL IS IN THE CLEAR!!
For years we have been drilled with, "Soybean oil is bad for you; stay away from soy," well the time has come where The Food and Drug Administration has displayed that soybean oil has one of the highest polyunsaturated fat percentages, which can help reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease. From now on we will start to see heart healthy labels (above) on soybean oil!
