Join me in my Beautifull Profit
My childhood started in Minnesota (Go Twins) and ended in Charlotte, NC. I have always been extremely close with both sides of my family, and have had an special bond with with my grandparents. Since both of my grandfathers passed in 2008, I have developed an immense love and care for the elderly, and I truly believe they are responsible for helping me realize who I wanted to work with! Along with children, I have always felt that elderly are some of the most vulnerable, fragile, caring individuals, and all they desire is love and attention, or just someone to talk to and listen. I am proud to say I have earned my first job working with the elderly, and I am extremely excited to see where this experience takes me!
I was fortunate enough to have found my passion of nutrition early on and graduated from East Carolina University in Nutrition & Dietetics. From here, I earned a spot in Lenoir-Rhyne University's dietetic internship program, and after five years of education and studying, I have officially become a certified Registered Dietitian. My main goal in life is to help people in the community, and I am happier than ever to to say I have finally created this blog/website to share all my knowledge with you! I aspire to help people live a healthier, happier lifestyle, and this website will help you get there! Join me in my journey as I pursue my dream in sharing my health and wellness ideas with you. :)
In 2011, I met the love of my life, I just didn't know it yet. We met through mutual friends, and had a friendship that lasted three years and thousands of miles apart. In 2013, little did I know he was going to change my life. He was the first man to ask me on a date, the first man to ask me to be his girlfriend, and the first man who I truly fell IN LOVE with.
Apart from his Australian accent, he won me over three weeks into "talking" when I really discovered his kindness and his humorous side all in one. I had got my wisdom teeth out, and he walked to my house with flowers in one hand and baby food in the other...After I could chew again he asked me to tea...Tea? I don't really like tea, well stupid me, tea meant dinner! haha. Later that week he came to the door, met my dad and took my on my first date. On Valentine's Day he brought me 16 roses, Bella two roses, and my mom flowers and wine, AND he made us homemade cheesecake! So lets recap shall we... roses ✔ good with kids ✔ can cook ✔ SOLD!! Two days later Craig asked me to be his girlfriend and the rest is history. After having been long distance our whole relationship, we are happier than ever and living life to the fullest, because we finally are living together!
2018 PLOT TWIST: Craig proposed to me on our family, beach vacation in July! My sister said she wanted to take pictures on the beach of me and Craig and her and her then boyfriend (which was not abnormal for her to say). After a few cute staged photos, Brooke told me to come forward and she's going to get Craig in the background (again not abnormal). When nothing was happening for a while, I started awkwardly laughing and Craig said "Jor," I turned around and he was on one knee...naturally I said "you're so stupid, smiled, laughed and kissed him. This picture below is not staged, which makes it even that much better! Shoutout to my sister @brookehos for the amazing photos and @angans for helping Craig pick out the most beautiful ring :)
